- I've won a Pioneer 4x IDE CD-ROM and I would like to connect it to my A4000/040.
- What do I need to connect it. Am I correct if I remember reading that the
- IDE-interface in the A4000 can't handle CD-ROMS ???
-
- I have seen that there is something called IDEFix that will allow you to connect
- a CD-ROM to a A4000 and that there is also an adapter that makes it possible to
- connect 4 units to the IDE-interface. Is this solution any good, I want to get
- CD32 emulation too and I read that IDEFix had that.
-
- Other than that solution I've seen that there is an IDE-interface called Tandeem
- that can handle CD-ROMS but then I need a CD-ROM filesystem too. What should I
- get in that case. I want good CD32 emulation.
-
-
- I hope someone can help me........
